    These dairy-free pancakes are for making your own version of cannelloni - filled them with your favourite filling, roll them up and bake them with cheese.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 cups (250g) plain flour
    • 2 cups (500ml) water
    • 6 eggs
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt

    Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:20min 

    1. Mix together: flour, water, eggs and salt to make a thin, smooth batter. Pour about 1/4 cup batter onto lightly greased frypan. Cook until top forms film.
