    Lovely fresh salmon is allowed to stand on its own with this recipe. It is very simple and is great with a side of vegetables and rice.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 4 salmon fillets
    • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 1 tablespoon lemon pepper to taste

    1. Preheat the grill. Lightly grease a baking tray.
    2. Place salmon on the baking tray. Mix the melted butter and soy sauce in a small bowl and brush over the salmon. Sprinkle salmon with lemon pepper.
    3. Grill salmon 6 to 8 minutes, depending on thickness, or until easily flaked with a fork.
