    A great way to prepare fresh or frozen prawns. Even though it takes very little time to prepare, it's good enough for guests!

    Serves: 8 

    • 125g butter
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1/4 cup (65ml) white wine
    • 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
    • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
    • 1/4 teaspoon chilli flakes
    • 1kg fresh prawns, peeled and deveined
    • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

    1. Melt butter in a large frypan over medium heat. Saute garlic in butter until tender, 1 to 2 minutes. Pour in the wine. Season with lemon pepper, mustard and chilli flakes. Stir in prawns and cook 5 minutes or until prawns is done. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
