Simmered Pasta with Kielbasa

This is an interesting pasta stew I came up with when all I had was tomatoes and kielbasa. It's very warm and satisfying!

I have cooked this twice now. I liked it a lot, but my family says it is too tomatoey. Perhaps the tomato taste overpowers the kielbasa.

I had to add a cup of water to have enough liquid to cook the pasta. I make this recipe often. Very quick and good.

Wonderful! My husband thought it was really good, I thought it was great. I did have to add some liquid to cook the pasta, but I added tomato juice instead of water and omitted the addition of any extra salt. I also cut the oil to 1 TBSP and used low fat kielbasa to cut the fat. We'll definitely fix this again!
