Sauteed Honey Mustard Frankfurts

Here's a quick and easy dinner recipe, perfect for a mid week meal. Serve with side dishes of mashed potatoes and steamed beans.


Serves: 4 

  • 8 frankfurts
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:25min 

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Add frankfurts and cook for 4 to 5 minutes or until heated through; drain.
  2. Heat butter in a large heavy frypan over medium heat. Saute onion until translucent. Stir in tomato sauce, mustard and honey. Stir in frankfurts.
