Feta Spread with Honey
Try this spread at your next party, with a tray of rice crackers or pita bread. The sweet and savoury go together perfectly.

- 125g feta cheese
- 1 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons cracked black peppercorns

- Place the block of feta cheese in the centre of a large dinner plate. Drizzle honey over the top. Sprinkle with cracked black pepper. Serve with crackers.

Although it sounds unusual, this recipe was terrific!! I had some leftover feta cheese that I wanted to use up.
