Piquant Tuna Salad

This is a little more exciting than your standard tuna salad! Perfect as a side dish at a barbecue or picnic, or as a light meal with toast.


Serves: 6 

  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 (185g) tins tuna in water, drained

  1. In a blender or food processor combine eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Season with dill, rosemary, lemon zest, salt and pepper. Blend until smooth then spoon into a medium bowl. Stir in tuna.
