Tabasco Steak Marinade

    Sometimes the simplest marinades are the best. This classic recipe goes with any cut of steak and is perfect if you like things spicy!

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 tablespoons Tabasco sauce
    • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
    • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
    • salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

    Preparation:2min  ›  Extra time:30min marinating  ›  Ready in:32min 

    1. Mix the Tabasco sauce, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce together in a bowl; season to taste with salt and black pepper and pour over steak of your choice. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes.
