Here's a very straightforward and easy way to cook chicken breasts with fantastic results. Serve with white rice or bread and a salad.

I thought it was a lot of work and just okay. In my opinion, it needed a dipping sauce so I made some honey mustard. I probably won't make this again. I'm hoping my very young kids will eat the leftovers tonight since it's basically a big chicken nugget.

This was an easy and quick recipe. My husband are watching calories and fat, and this met our needs. It has nice flavor and we served it with small salad and side of spaghetti.
