    This recipe for snapper is perfect for when you want a tasty fish dinner without a long marinating time. Serve with rice and a salad.

    Serves: 6 

    • 1 cup (250ml) soy sauce
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1 (5cm) piece fresh ginger, minced
    • 2 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 (1kg) whole snapper fillet

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Spray a large sheet of aluminium foil with cooking spray.
    2. Thoroughly mix the soy sauce, honey, ginger and garlic in a large bowl. Dip both sides of the fish into the soy sauce mixture and place onto the aluminium foil. Spoon a little more sauce over the top of the fish. Roll up the aluminium foil to completely enclose the fillet.
    3. Bake in the preheated oven until the fish is opaque and flakes easily, about 20 minutes.
