    A great specialty bread and very easy in the bread machine. The crust is crispy and the inside tender and firm with a good texture.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 10 

    • 7/8 cup (220ml) water
    • 3/4 teaspoons cider vinegar
    • 1 1/2 (200g) cups plain flour
    • 1/2 cup (60g) rye flour
    • 1/4 cup oat bran
    • 1 tablespoon margarine
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 teaspoon caraway seeds
    • 1 teaspoon onion flakes
    • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
    • 1 teaspoon active dry yeast

    1. Place the ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Normal setting and then press Start.
