Cinnamon Snaps

    32 minutes

These are delicious biscuits with a very faint sour taste from the vinegar that contrasts beautifully with the sweetness of the sugar.

This is pretty good, but it's not one of my favorites. It kinda tastes like a ginger snap, but it has a lighter flavor.  -  23 Jan 2002  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

after carefully following the recipe, the mixture was far too sticky to roll out, so had to hand mold the biscuits. Nice flavour, but not cripy, but chewy!  -  31 Oct 2013  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)

followed recipe but you need to add a lot more flour in than stated. once you got a pliable dough it is a great recipe, I dread to think how they would have turned out if I hadn't added more flour.  -  15 Aug 2015  (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
