Mango Chicken Curry

The secret to this tasty chicken curry is not only the madras curry powder, but a pinch of mango chutney. It also has yoghurt to give it a delicious creamy taste.

This was lovely and very easy to make but I reduced the amount of stock to about 500mls as it was more like a soup. I will make it again tho as it really was tasty.

This is really nice. I used Patacks paste instead of powder and roasted some thigh portions and added at the end. Oh and I reduced the water to 400ml (as it seemed an awful lot) and the cream to 2 tbsp per person

This was absolutely delish! I added some fresh garlic, ginger, and chilli to the onion frying stage. Flavor was wonderful, will definitely make again, thanks for posting

Really good recipe = tastes delicious but I agree it was a but runny so I'll try reducing the amount of stock next time too but overall loved it, especially as it was my fist shot at making curry.
