    These choc chip biscuits have a little of everything in them including rolled oats, Cornflakes and shredded coconut. You're sure to love them!

    Makes: 72 biscuits

    • 500g margarine
    • 2 cups white sugar
    • 2 cups packed brown sugar
    • 4 eggs
    • 4 cups plain flour
    • 2 teaspoons bicarb soda
    • 1 teaspoon baking powder
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 4 cups Cornflakes(TM)
    • 1 1/2 cups rolled oats
    • 2 cups shredded coconut
    • 3 cups dark chocolate chips

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. In a large bowl, cream together the margarine, brown sugar and white sugar until smooth. Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
    3. Sift together the flour, bicarb soda, baking powder and salt; stir into the creamed mixture until just blended. Mix in the Cornflakes, rolled oats, coconut and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping spoonfuls onto ungreased baking trays.
    4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are lightly browned. Cool on wire racks.
