These traditional Czech pastries can have almost any filling you can think of but a good quality jam is my personal favourite.

Good basic recipe! I used lemon curd and apple fillings. I did not flatten them out prior to baking as I wanted a deep "well" for the fillings. They did puff up quite a bit in the oven! - 14 Jul 2008
