This is a super easy homemade dressing, and very tasty! Great served on iceberg lettuce cut into wedges. Sometimes I use a bit less sugar, or substitute fresh onion for dried.
1 cup (220g) white sugar
1 cup (250ml) vegetable oil
1 cup tomato sauce
1/4 cup (65ml) distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup (65ml) lemon juice
1/4 cup (65ml) water
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup onion flakes

Stir the sugar, vegetable oil, tomato sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, water, Worcestershire sauce and onion flakes together in a bowl until the sugar is dissolved and the ingredients are completely mixed. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours before serving.
