Easy Chicken Stir-Fry

This is a slightly different way to make a chicken stir-fry and gets great results. I usually serve this over egg noodles for a quick and easy meal.


Serves: 4 

  • 750g skinless, boneless chicken breast fillets - cubed
  • 1 teaspoon oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 (300ml) bottle stir-fry sauce

Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:10min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Preheat grill.
  2. Heat oil in a frypan over medium high heat. Add chicken and garlic and saute until chicken juices run clear, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain fat from frypan and stir in sauce.
  3. Place chicken mixture on a baking tray and grill in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes or until browned. Let sit about 5 minutes to allow sauce to thicken.
