    This is a really easy appetiser which can be frozen ahead of time and thawed ten minutes before baking. You can also use pork sausage meat instead of crab meat.

    Serves: 25 

    • 125g butter, softened
    • 1 cup cheese sauce
    • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
    • 185g crabmeat
    • 6 English muffins, split in half

    1. In a medium mixing bowl, blend butter, cheese, garlic salt, seasoning salt and crab meat. Spread mixture on split muffins. Freeze until ready to use. When ready, thaw for 10 minutes.
    2. Preheat oven to 200 degrees C.
    3. Cut each muffin into 6 pie shaped slices and place on baking tray.
    4. Bake for 12 minutes.
