    Made with fresh crab meat and your favourite cheese spread, this delicious crab dip is piled on top of an English muffin then grilled until golden brown.

    Serves: 20 

    • 450g fresh crab meat
    • 450g processed cheese spread
    • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
    • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
    • 6 English muffins
    • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

    1. Preheat oven's griller.
    2. Mix together crab meat, cheese, mayonnaise and butter. Spread heaping tablespoon of crab mixture on each muffin. Sprinkle with paprika. Cut muffins into quarters. Arrange the pieces on a baking tray.
    3. Grill until the crab mixture is bubbly and golden brown, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve warm.
