    This is an easy bread to make with a very good, almost chewy texture. The addition of cottage cheese helps to keep the bread moist.

    Serves: 12 

    • 3/4 cup (185ml) warm water
    • 1 cup cottage cheese, room temperature
    • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    • 1 egg
    • 3 cups (375g) plain flour
    • 2 tablespoons white sugar
    • 1/4 teaspoon bicarb soda
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 1 3/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

    1. Add the ingredients to the pan of your bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer, and Start. You can use more bread flour if the dough seems too sticky.
