This is a great vegetable and pasta side dish that features both tinned corn kernels and tinned cream corn.

Serves: 6 

  • 1 (400g) tin whole kernel corn, with liquid
  • 1 (400g) tin creamed corn
  • 1 cup small uncooked seashell pasta
  • 125g butter, cut into pieces
  • 1 cup cubed processed cheese

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Ready in:1hour10min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. In a medium baking dish mix the whole kernel corn, creamed corn, uncooked pasta, butter and processed cheese.
  3. Bake covered for 30 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove cover and stir then continue baking 30 minutes or until the pasta is tender but firm.
