Chicken breasts are marinated in red wine before being dusted with a combination of basil, paprika, garlic salt, salt and pepper then fried.
Very flavorful, with just the right amount of zip! I was only able to let it marinade for 1 1/2 hours, but it still turned out great. Towards the end of cooking, I chopped up a green onion and tossed it in the pan, then added about 1/4 cup of the red wine. I let the wine reduce and, after plating the chicken, poured it over the top. Served with broccoli and rice. This recipe is a definite keeper! - 18 Apr 2002 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
I am by no means a good cook. I average about 1 home cooked meal a month. I needed to cook for 8 people and decided to try this recipe. Not only was it easy, but everone loved it. Even my 4 children ate it. That means alot!!!!!!! - 11 Jul 2001 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
