    Perfect for a quick hot lunch tinned tuna is combined with mayonnaise and diced celery then spread on an English muffin and topped with a slice of tomato and cheese before getting grilled.

    Serves: 8 

    • 1 (185g) tin tuna, drained
    • 1/3 cup diced celery
    • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
    • 1 pinch salt
    • 4 English muffins, split and toasted
    • 8 slices ripe tomato
    • 8 slices Cheddar cheese

    1. Preheat oven grill.
    2. In a bowl mix together tuna, celery, mayonnaise and salt.
    3. Spread tuna mixture onto the toasted muffin halves and place them on a baking tray.
    4. Top each muffin half with a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese.
    5. Grill until cheese is melted; about 3 to 5 minutes.
