Hassle free pork chops which work just as well under the grill as they do on the barbecue. Honey and Worcestershire sauce add great flavour.

Serves: 4 

  • 4 pork loin chops
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 5 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • freshly ground black pepper to taste

  1. In a shallow glass dish or bowl, mix together honey and Worcestershire sauce. Add pork chops and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for no more than 4 hours to marinate.
  2. Preheat barbecue to medium low. Lightly oil cooking hotplate.
  3. Remove pork chops from marinade. Season with pepper to taste and bbq for 35 to 40 minutes, turning often.
