Vanilla Fruit Bread Pudding

    45 minutes

A great way to use up any leftover fruit loaf or raisin bread. A sweet honey and vanilla custard poured over cubes of fruit loaf then baked in the oven.

I used 3 whole eggs & more bread. Didn't measure the honey or vanilla. It's a great basic recipe to play with!  -  17 Jan 2001  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

Yummy! I like to try different bread pudding recipes. I used three eggs and no extra egg whites and put in extra bread. I also set the pudding pan inside a pan of water as it cooked. Very good!  -  26 Jan 2003  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)

Sorry, but I would never make this again. The recipe totally lacked any kind of flavour.  -  04 Dec 2004  (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
