    Super easy to make an oat based sugar and butter bar is baked then topped with peanut butter. When cold cut and enjoy.

    Serves: 16 

    • 1 cup (155g) brown sugar
    • 1/2 cup (125g) white sugar
    • 250g margarine, melted
    • 4 cups (370g) rolled oats
    • 2 cups dark chocolate chips
    • 3/4 cup peanut butter

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. In a medium bowl stir together the brown sugar, white sugar, melted margarine and oats until well blended.
    3. Mix in the chocolate chips. Press the mixture into a 22cm square cake tin.
    4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
    5. Spread peanut butter over the top of the bars and let cool until set. Cut into squares and serve.
