Easy Artichoke and Spinach Dip

This is a very easy to make dip with a good combination of flavours. Serve with crackers or pita wedges for dipping.


Serves: 16 

  • 300g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 400g artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded pizza cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce

Preparation:10min  ›  Cook:20min  ›  Ready in:30min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. In a small casserole dish, mix the spinach, artichoke hearts, cheese, mayonnaise and Alfredo sauce.
  3. Bake 20 minutes in the preheated oven, or until lightly bubbly and lightly browned.
