A perfect way to eat leftover ham with not a Christmas flavour in site. This onion gravy has a barbecue flavour to it and goes well with mashed potatoes and vegetables.

1/4 cup is way too much mustard for any dish i think, i had to add alot of brown sugar and ketchup to even that taste out-but other than that it is a great recipe for something quick - 10 Apr 2006 (Review from Allrecipes USA and Canada)
