    This is a delicious cheesy pasta bake with tomato soup added for a tasty variation. A great one for the kids; serve as a side or with salad or vegetables as a main.

    Serves: 6 

    • 450g macaroni
    • 1 (300g) tin condensed tomato soup
    • 1 1/4 cups (300ml) milk
    • 3 cups (350g) grated cheddar cheese
    • 6 tablespoons butter
    • 1/4 cup (25g) bread crumbs
    • 2 tablespoons butter

    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Pour in macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
    2. In large bowl, combine macaroni, soup, milk, cheese and 6 tablespoons butter. Pour into 20x30cm baking dish. Top with bread crumbs and dot with remaining butter. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
