    A simple spaghetti recipe; the crisp bacon adds texture while the garlic sauce and Parmesan cheese ensure a delicious, full flavour.

    Serves: 6 

    • 450g bacon rashers
    • 450g spaghetti
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 5 tablespoons olive oil
    • salt to taste
    • ground black pepper to taste
    • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    1. Cook bacon until crispy. Drain well. Crumble.
    2. Prepare spaghetti according to packet directions.
    3. Crush the garlic and combine with olive oil. Toss spaghetti, bacon, garlic/olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
