This recipe is made with frozen fruit from the supermarket, takes about 30 seconds to prepare and is a really healthy ice-cream substitute. The proportions of each ingredient can be adjusted according to how thick you like your ice-cream, and milk can be added to turn this into a frozen smoothie.
We used the yogurt we had (Greek Vanilla) and frozen "berry medley" which was strawberries, raspberries, blackberries & blueberries, blended with a touch of honey for added sweetness and a bit of whole milk to make it smoother.
