Creamy Beef Mince
This is the most simple mince dish I know but it remains a family favourite. Serve with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables.

500g beef mince
1/4 cup (30g) plain flour
1 beef stock cube
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground black pepper
2 1/4 (560ml) cups milk
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Brown beef in a large frypan over medium high heat.
- Stir in flour, stock cube, salt and pepper. Saute all together for about 5 minutes or until flour is absorbed.
- Gradually stir in milk and Worcestershire sauce. Bring all to a simmer stirring constantly.
- Cook until thickened; about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve hot!

this recipe is the easiest creamiest mince recipe i have ever tried out! it all worked out well and i had it with spaghetti, and moz cheese.

Just waiting for my Signature mashed potatoes to finish and this is done. Just taste tested and only needed a dash more Worcestorshire sauce. Beautiful for an easy meal!!!!
