    Fresh and fruity, these non-alcoholic mojitos are a fantastic fruit punch substitute for kids parties and make a great alcohol-free cocktail for adults.

    Serves: 14 

    • 3 cups (750ml) water
    • 1 1/2 cups (300g) white sugar
    • 2 cups mint leaves, chopped
    • 2 cups lemon sorbet, softened
    • 1 cup (235ml) lime juice
    • 8 cups (1895ml) soda water
    • 14 slices lime, for garnish

    1. Combine 2 of the 3 cups (500ml) water and the sugar in a microwave-safe bowl; heat in microwave on high for 5 minutes.
    2. Stir the mint into the sugar/water syrup; let stand for 5 minutes. Strain and discard the mint leaves from the syrup; set aside.
    3. Stir the lemon sorbet, lime juice and remaining 1 cup (250ml) water together in a large pitcher until well combined. Pour the mint-infused syrup into the mixture. Add soda water and stir.
    4. Serve over ice. Garnish with lime slices.
