Only three ingredients, but these burgers are heavenly. A tasty and healthy alternative to beefburgers.

Ingredients
750g minced turkey breast
185g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
90g soft goat's cheese, crumbled
Preparation method
1.
Preheat the oven grill.

In a medium bowl, mix together minced turkey, spinach and goat cheese. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
3.
Arrange patties in a baking dish or on a tray, and place under grill. Grill for 15 minutes, or until browned on both sides.
