Coconut Chocolate Butterscotch Slice

A very simple slice that can be easily made with, and enjoyed by children. If you can’t find butterscotch chips change for another flavour.

Serves: 20 

  • 80g butter
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 250g butterscotch chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 (400g) tin sweetened condensed milk

Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:30min  ›  Ready in:45min 

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
  2. Melt the butter over low heat. Pour into 23cm baking tin. Layer breadcrumbs evenly in bottom of the tin.
  3. Layer coconut, chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and nuts over breadcrumbs. Drizzle condensed milk over top.
  4. Bake 25 to 30 minutes. Let cool before cutting into slices.
