Strawberry Smoothie

    Strawberry and youghurt smoothie is a great way to use those left over berries that are too soft to eat. This is great chilled and served for a hot summer day.

    Serves: 2 

    • 1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
    • 200g plain yoghurt
    • 3/4 cup milk
    • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
    • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

    1. Blend the strawberries, yoghurt, milk, sugar and vanilla in a blender until frothy, scraping down the sides of the blender with a spatula occasionally. Serve immediately or chill if desired.
