This is a great recipe from Germany. The dressing is vinegar based and doesn't use oil (or mayonnaise), so it is low in calories, but high in flavour!

We love this recipe! I make it for my husband and dad who absolutely rave over it! I'm making it right now again for a family function! It's one of the best! By far better than the store bought kind! - 29 Sep 2008

Used different ingredients. I substituted red capsicumfor the pimentos. Very delicious. Assemble several hours ahead of serving so the flavours can meld. - 29 Sep 2008
