I love to have this while camping as all the ingredients are so self contained, banana, small tub of yoghurt, small bag of muesli, scroggin or trail mix.

Serves: 1 

  • 1 banana
  • 1 travel single serve of yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup of muesli
  • Mixed fresh fruit, to taste

Preparation:10min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Peal and slit the banana longways then place in the serving bowl.
  2. Tip the yoghurt over the top.
  3. Sprinkle with muesli.
  4. Garnish with fresh fruit.
