This drink is perfect for the cold winter evenings. Apple juice is gently heated with black tea, sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, orange and cloves.


Serves: 4 

  • 1 litre unfiltered or homemade apple juice
  • 2 cups (500ml) black tea
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 organic orange, sliced
  • 2 cloves

Preparation:5min  ›  Cook:5min  ›  Ready in:10min 

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and heat gently - do not boil. Allow to brew for a few minutes and serve warm.
