Oat biscuits are simple to make and taste fantastic. The perfect thing for a cold afternoon with a mug of hot tea or coffee.

Altered ingredient amounts. I used brown instead of white sugar, and added a few extra Tbls flour as it was a very wet mixture. it only took 10 minutes to cook. I used a slice tin, as the first batch came out with burnt edges - 16 Apr 2011
