This is a very simple recipe to prepare, a basic cake mix is created then the sliced apple is stirred through and the whole lot is baked for 45 minutes.
I loved the simplicity of this recipe and the fact that there are quite a lot of apples to cake in the ratio. However it was quite soggy. Maybe a higher temperature or leave it uncovered? Less apples? Any suggestions would be appreciated. - 06 Oct 2013 (Review from Allrecipes UK & Ireland)
