This cake comes out with a beautiful sweet apple topping with cinnamon flavourings. Chill to slice or serve warm with ice cream.
Nice and simple to make. I used less sugar, I always do. The cake needed much longer in the oven, at 160 as recommended, as the apples came out really pale looking after 45 mins.
