All in one breakfast in a pie with sausages, bacon, beans, eggs, onions and tomatoes. Can be eaten hot or cold or even for dinner.

Serves: 4 

  • 4 sausages
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 1 tin baked beans in tomato sauce
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2 tomatoes sliced
  • 1-2 sheets puff pastry
  • salt and black pepper
  • 4 large eggs
  • oil for frying

Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:50min  ›  Ready in:1hour10min 

  1. Place the pastry in pie tin, lining the bottom and sides, keeping some back for the top.
  2. Fry sausages and cut in half lengthways, fry bacon and chopped onion to your liking, and set aside; part fry eggs so bottom is cooked but top still runny
  3. Place the sausages in the pie. Layer with tomatoes, then bacon, onions, beans and place eggs on top. Season, then place on the pastry lid, cut a small cross in middle of pastry for steam to escape and brush with milk.
  4. Cook in a pre-heated oven at 190 degrees C for 35 minutes or until pastry golden brown and raised.


Anything can be added to this pie, whatever you like for brekky
