    This chicken goes really well with rice, and the coke makes chicken tenderer and sweet. Everyone will like it.

    Ingredients
    Serves: 4 

    • 20 pieces chicken wings
    • 250ml coca cola
    • 1 spring onion, cut into 3cm in length
    • 3 cm fresh ginger, finely sliced
    • 6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    • 3 tbsp soy sauce
    • a pinch salt
    • 2 tbsp sesame oil

    Directions
    Preparation:15min  ›  Cook:15min  ›  Extra time:30min drying  ›  Ready in:1hour 

    1. Heat a frying pan for 30 seconds (without oil), cook the chicken wings in the pan.
    2. Cook chicken until both sides get brown and then take the chicken wings out.
    3. Use the fat from cooking chicken wings to stir fry spring onion, ginger, and garlic until fragrant (about 1 minutes).
    4. Put the cooked chicken wings into the pan, stir and mix them. Add coke and soy sauce into the pan, cook it with medium heat until the sauce dries up.
    5. Drop some sesame oil on before serving.

    Tip

    Don’t use coke zero or diet coke.You also can use oil to stir fry the spring onion, ginger, and garlic before cooking chicken wings.
