Easy Tuna Lasagne

    A super easy and high protein lasagne dinner suitable for even the busiest days of the week. Tinned tuna is combined with pasta sauce then layered with pasta and béchamel sauce.

    Serves: 4 

    • 2 (400g) tins tuna, drained and flaked
    • 1 (500g) jar bolognese pasta sauce
    • 250g lasagne sheets
    • 4 cups (1 litre) béchamel sauce
    • 50g Parmesan cheese, grated

    Preparation:20min  ›  Cook:1hour  ›  Ready in:1hour20min 

    1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
    2. Mix the tuna and pasta sauce together in a bowl.
    3. In a square baking dish lay 2 lasagne sheets side by side. Cover with béchamel sauce then top with the tuna pasta sauce. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
    4. Add another layer of lasagne sheets and repeat as many times as possible.
    5. Finish with béchamel sauce and Parmesan.
    6. Bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
