1 teaspoon cornflour
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon oil
1 small red chilli, diced or to taste
1 tablespoon finely diced garlic
1 spring onion, sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 green capsicum, sliced
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons pineapple juice (from the tin of pineapples)
