Combine the pork with salt, MSG, 1 tablespoon salted egg white, cornflour, pepper, peanut oil and a little bit of water and mix well. Shape into a thick burger and transfer to a heat-proof dish.
Lightly spread the egg yolks over the pork. Steam over medium heat for at least 30 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, mix together a little chicken stock with soy sauce. Drizzle this sauce over the pork when cooked. Serve immediately.
