    Extremely easy to make it is amazing that such little effort can create such a beautiful result. I have used these for an entree at a dinner party and as nibbles at a cocktail party.

    Serves: 4 

    • 1 tablespoon creme fraiche
    • 4 slices smoked salmon
    • pepper, to taste

    Preparation:15min  ›  Ready in:15min 

    1. Mix together the creme fraiche and pepper in a small bowl.
    2. Spread 1/4 of the creme fraiche mixture on top of each piece of smoked salmon. Tightly roll and secure with cocktail sticks at 2cm intervals.
    3. Cut between each cocktail stick with a sharp knife. Serve.
