Not a lunch box sandwich this is a fancy entree which should be eaten shortly after being made. A baguette is spread with cream cheese before smoked salmon and cucumber being added.


Serves: 8 

  • 1 baguette, thinly sliced
  • 250g cream cheese, softened
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 1 cucumber, halved longways and thinly sliced

  1. Spread the sliced bread with cream cheese, top with smoked salmon and 1 slice of cucumber. Serve.
