    This is an awesome Asian side salad or is it Asian chips? Julienned potatoes are stir fried then a sauce is added predominately consisting of coriander. It tastes great and is a perfect side for a BBQ.

    Serves: 4 

    • salt, to taste
    • ground white pepper, to taste
    • vinegar, to taste
    • sesame oil, to taste
    • finely diced ginger, to taste
    • finely diced spring onions, to taste
    • finely diced garlic, to taste
    • 100g coriander, cut into 2cm lengths
    • 3 tablespoons oil
    • 500g potatoes, julienned, soaked in water and drained

    1. Make the sauce by mixing together the salt, pepper, vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, spring onions, garlic and coriander. Set aside.
    2. Heat the oil in a wok until very hot. Stir fry the potatoes for 1-2 minutes.
    3. Add the sauce and stir fry for 1 minute or until the sauce coats the potatoes. Serve.
